Refund Policy
We value our customers and strive to provide them with the highest quality service and a positive client experience. To ensure clarity and fairness, we have established a comprehensive cancellation and refund policy for our digital marketing agency. Please take a moment to review the details below:
1. Project Planning and Milestones:
Each project is carefully planned and divided into milestones. We begin by conducting a thorough discovery/analysis phase and creating a scope of work document. This step is crucial to ensure that both parties have a clear understanding of the project requirements, minimizing the likelihood of cancellations, reversals, or disputes.
2. Work Already Completed:
Since significant time and effort are invested in achieving each milestone and completing individual modules, we cannot offer refunds for work that has already been completed.
3. Mutual Termination:
In the event of a project being terminated on a mutual basis, the client will retain control of all completed work. Any payments made for further development will be considered void, and no previous payment or deposit will be refunded.
4. Approval of Mock-up Designs:
Once the client approves the mock-up designs and we proceed into the development phase of the project, no refunds will be issued.
5. Partial Refunds:
We do not provide partial refunds for projects that are in progress or have reached a mid-way point within a milestone phase.
6. Special Occasion Services:
Services provided by our marketing team on special occasions are considered limited-time offers and cannot be cancelled or refunded.
7. Digital Marketing Packages:
Our digital marketing packages are non-refundable. However, clients may choose to cancel their subscription by providing a written notice at least 30 days in advance.
8. Abandoned or Dormant Projects:
We do not offer refunds on deposits or payments for projects that have been abandoned or remain dormant for more than 30 days.
